We are "Cidari", a Georgian craft production established in 2023 to create unique fruit beverages and products. Our story begins in the beautiful region of Kakheti, in the village of Pshaveli , renowned for its fertile land and traditional farming.
Our Name and Symbolism: "Cidari" (Cidaris) historically referred to the diadem or royal crown of Persian kings. For us, this name is a symbol of the highest quality and regal refinement. With every bottle of our cider that is opened, the crown of bubbles formed by the foam revives this royal heritage

Our vision is to create a beverage that will proudly establish itself in both the Georgian and international markets. "Cidari" merges the power of Kakheti's unique harvest and the centuries-old wisdom of Georgian winemaking with the modern and refined standards of French cider production.
